Course Introduction
This course has been assessed and validated at practitioner’s level by The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK). Graduates from this course are eligible for professional registration with The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) (the GHSC`s Registering Agency) at full Practitioner status, together with the acquisition of the industry-based award – The General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP) and therefore are entitled to use the letters CH Dhyp after your name.
There are 10 modules spread over 10 months/weeks, each module will be followed by a small test to assess your knowledge before continuing onto the next module. The course is supported by comprehensive course notes and audio CD’s.
There will be practice time, demonstrations and a chance to ask any questions following each class. Students will be required to produce a final exam paper at the end of the course, and demonstrate a full therapy session using the skills acquired. The course consists of 450 hours of self-regulating study, class and tutor discussions, questions and feedback will play an important part within this course. The skills you will learn within this course will not only enable you to help and improve the quality of life of others, but will also enrich your own life. All students will be encouraged to find and walk their own individual path.

Acceptance Criteria
Applicants for the clinical hypnotherapy diploma course are usually already working within the caring profession, although students demonstrating an awareness of the importance of life experience and genuine empathy to help others will be accepted.
Applicants will need to be self motivated as they will be required to produce self regulated reading and writing assignments. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate interest, enthusiasm and life experience, appropriate to helping others by means of therapy and to show aptitude and potential for study in both tutorials and home situations. Throughout the training course students are encouraged to meet between classes to enable them to practise their skills, and share experiences.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive;
A Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy
And you will be eligible to use the letters CH Dhyp after your name
